Context
Lack of immersive leadership development opportunities was driving attrition and low engagement scores. I designed a frontline leadership program that integrated virtual classroom learning, on-the-job residencies, and internship rotations to develop future leaders with comprehensive leadership capability and strengthen the leadership pipeline.

Secured cross-functional approval through creative people and organizational research and a priority-aligned proposal.
Created program learning design strategy and materials for classroom, field residencies, and internships. This included structuring all elements of residency and internship programming.
Established a measurement framework integrating 360 feedback methods through all phases of the program cycle.
Content was scaled into existing leader upskilling, senior leadership coaching & development, and ongoing mentorship programming.
