Context
Unclear role expectations and the absence of a talent capability foundation were driving performance decline and low employee experience ratings. This prevented an effective L&D roadmap tied to targeted needs. I led the program strategy to establish and integrate Core, Leadership, and Role-Specific capabilities into talent processes and people development programs, creating alignment between role expectations, culture, and performance.
