Intentional Allyship Workshop

Context

The Intentional Allyship Workshop is a contracted ILT designed to help employees gain a deeper knowledge of allyship, explore approaches to diversity, inclusion, equity, and accessibility, and begin the journey toward advocacy and activism that works to dismantle systems of oppression.

    • Structured workshop on pre-learner assessment & organizational priorities to meet the unique focus of the client.

    • Designed sessions to be repeatable in both virtual and in-person formats with interactive discussion, role-play, and an advocacy action planning guide.

    • Provided local and global allyship educational resources and connections to communities for continued learner engagement and learning.

    • Equipped the leadership team with facilitation and crucial conversation guides for post-session application.
