Leadership Excellence Achievement Program

Context

Lack of immersive leadership development opportunities was driving attrition and low engagement scores for B2C Sales. I designed a global, cohort-based leadership program that integrated virtual classroom learning, on-the-job residencies, and internship rotations to develop future leaders with comprehensive leadership capability and strengthen the leadership pipeline.

    • Secured cross-functional approval through organizational analysis and a priority-aligned charter.

    • Created a cohort selection and hiring methodology that aligned assessment tools with the program’s capability framework, using structured interviews, scenario evaluations, and readiness indicators to identify high-potential participants.

    • Designed the end-to-end learning strategy and all instructional assets for classroom sessions, residency experiences, internship rotations, coaching touchpoints, and participant resources.

    • Built the full measurement and evaluation framework, integrating 360 feedback and capability assessments throughout program cycle to track growth, and impact.

    • Scaled key components into leader upskilling pathways, senior leadership development experiences, and ongoing mentorship programming.
